SkillsBank facilitates the new found leadership awareness back into the community, where these skills are needed most. Everybody wins: Alumni of Leadership New Zealand receive ongoing personal and leadership development; not-for-profit organisations gain valuable expertise and knowledge; and sponsoring organisations enhance their links with and reputations in the communities in which they operate or do business.
