Annette Bartlett

Annette Bartlett
Programme Leader

Annette is Leadership NZ’s Programme Leader. Originally from Northland, she has lived in the Auckland area for most of her adult life.

Annette considers herself a jack of many trades; her working life has included time as a laboratory assistant, cleaner, waitress, airline ground hostess, travel agency manager, tour guide, writer, agony aunt, gardener, sales rep, project manager and office manager. In between she has raised three children and completed a degree in Ancient History and Anthropology with the belated ambition of becoming an archaeologist.

Outside Leadership NZ, Annette is a New Start and adult student mentor at the University of Auckland, and occasional editor of friends’ theses.
