Leadership New Zealand is a not-for-profit trust set up to focus on developing and enhancing the quality of our future leaders. Leadership New Zealand will identify, nurture and develop our leaders, whatever corner of society they emerge from.

Leadership New Zealand focuses on three main areas:

Leadership Programme
A rigorous, challenging, life enriching year of seminars, retreats and field trips. Specifically for 30 plus mid-career resourceful New Zealanders. This is a community leadership programme and as such draws people from all sectors and from all over New Zealand.

SkillsBank
To link members of the Leadership Forum and the graduates from our Community Leadership Programme with not-for-profit groups and organisations and schools to provide mentoring, leadership training, board members and support with business planning processes.

Leadership Forum
The heartbeat of Leadership New Zealand. An active force pursuing a range of leadership activities, including providing information, case studies, and research, as well as connecting people through resources such as websites, magazines, and mentoring. The mentoring component will be a major link into SkillsBank.
